Sure Life Consultancy designs curated wellness experiences, for individuals and for the teams and organizations they belong to. This is where organizations begin. The Peak Advantage Framework
-
Wellbeing. Burnout prevention, stress regulation, sleep and daily habits, so people can keep showing up at their best.
-
Leadership. Leaders who communicate clearly, manage performance fairly, and hold difficult conversations well.
-
Self-Leadership. Self-awareness and personal accountability: turning the inner critic into an inner coach.
-
Inclusion. Neurodiversity-aware workplaces where every team member can contribute at full capability.
Whichever format you choose, workshop, program, or retreat, it's built on the same four pillars.
3 Ways to Work with Us
-
Single, focused sessions such as Autism and Neurodiversity in the Workplace, or Stress and Conflict Management. The lowest-commitment entry point, ideal for a team day, a conference, or a first engagement.
-
Multi-session engagements built over time, such as Thrive or Building Your Inner Coach, sequenced and followed up so the learning sticks.
-
The same curated, psychology-informed approach as our individual retreats, built for a team. Your group selects from a menu of therapies and experiences rather than following one fixed itinerary. Held in Barbados or elsewhere in the Caribbean, wherever your team is based.
Not sure what fits? We can build a tailored program.
Workshops and Programs
Not a talk. A shift in how your team works.
-
Understand masking, sensory and communication differences, and the strengths neurodivergent colleagues bring. Includes practical steps for managers, colleagues, and organisations.
-
The stress cycle, quick regulation tools, conflict styles, and a structured approach to difficult conversations. Recently delivered to a public-sector team.
-
A three-module program for high-demand environments: balance and boundaries, workplace stress, and resilient daily habits. Can be delivered virtually.
-
Three pillars linking daily habits, rest, and stress to mental health, with take-home resource packs.
-
A three-day program (two hours per day) moving participants from self-criticism to self-trust, using CBT and DBT-informed skills.
Corporate Retreats
A curated, multi-day retreat for your team, in Barbados or elsewhere in the Caribbean.
A Sure Life Consultancy corporate retreat brings the same curated, psychology-informed approach as our individual retreats to your team. Rather than a fixed group holiday, each retreat is built around your organization's goals, with your team selecting from a menu of therapies and experiences rather than following one set itinerary.
Who Is It For: leadership teams, whole departments, or organizations planning an offsite, a milestone, or a reset after a difficult period, and who want something with more depth than a typical team-building trip.
Pricing: Every retreat is quoted individually once we understand your group size, duration, and accommodation needs. There's no fixed price on this page.

What to Expect:
-
he venue depends on what the retreat is designed to achieve, a quiet coastal setting for a recovery-focused retreat reads differently from a setting built for a leadership offsite. We select the right location in Barbados or elsewhere in the Caribbean once your goals are clear.
-
We work with RL Travel (in Barbados) and other agencies in the Caribbean to source accommodation that fits your group's size, budget, and setting, so you don't have to manage that separately.
A curated menu of therapies, drawn from the same range offered on our individual retreats: somatic therapy, stretch, mobility and breathwork, Reiki energy healing, myoskeletal alignment therapy, and adventure or nature immersion, adapted for a group.
-
The itinerary balances structured facilitation, team or leadership sessions, with rest and genuine connection time.
-
Dining options are handpicked to align with the retreat's intent.
-
The format is scoped to your team's size and goals during the initial consultation.
The Cost of Doing Nothing
Wellbeing and inclusion are easy to put off, but the cost of waiting is real.
Loss Productivity
An estimated 12 billion working days are lost every year to depression and anxiety, at a cost of US$1 trillion per year in lost productivity. (World Health Organization)
Disengagement
Employees who are not engaged or who are actively disengaged cost the world an estimated US$8.8 trillion in lost productivity, about 9% of global GDP. (Gallup, 2022)
Turnover and Absence
Business units in the top quartile for engagement have 21% lower turnover in high-turnover organizations, 51% lower turnover in low-turnover organizations, and 78% lower absenteeism than those in the bottom quartile. (Gallup)
Put a Number on It
The Cost of Inaction Assessment is a service provided by Sure Life Consultancy. Using your organization's own figures (headcount, salaries, turnover, absence), it estimates what unaddressed challenges are costing you each year and shows what recovering part of that cost could be worth against your investment. Results are shown in US dollars (BBD 2.00 = USD 1.00).
You then review the findings with a Sure Life Consultancy practitioner in a structured debrief. The result gives you the evidence to make an informed decision. It doesn't prescribe a program.
Estimates are conservative, use your own data, and are based on published research. They are indicative and not a guarantee of results.
What Participants are saying?
Feedback from the Bryden Stokes team after Sure Life Consultancy’s workshop on autism and neurodiversity in the workplace.
— "Insightful and genuinely impactful." The session was insightful and genuinely impactful. It gave our team practical ways to better support neurodiversity at work and foster a more inclusive, understanding environment. — Kam, Bryden Stokes
— "Engaging and thought-provoking." The session was engaging and thought-provoking. It made me realize that it's a lot harder to recognize neurodiversity than I'd thought and also how challenging the work environment can be for someone who seems "normal". — Rachel, Bryden Stokes
